Parkside Studios offers affordable artist studios and creative workspaces for rent in Brooklyn, NY and Catskill, NY. We are working artists who are renting these commercial spaces and subleasing them to other artists at affordable rates. Founded in 2012, the original Parkside Studios is located on Parkside Avenue in Brooklyn. This first location enabled us to rent our own studios there for almost ten years. Over the years Parkside Studios has expanded and there are currently three locations in Brooklyn with thirteen rented workspaces. Parkside Studios is expanding to the Hudson Valley and has a studio rental in Catskill, NY.
